So should i just give up account and leave the game then?

I've been banned without getting a proper reason or answer, my account was hacked and after getting it back 2 days later I'm banned, all my appeals are falling in deaf ears, EA TOS team is the worst! After several appeals all I'm getting each time is an automated message and since absolutely nobody from EA is remotely helping I'll just give up the account i had 5k hours on, yeah keep sucking on the players wallet and ban the legit ones while the cheaters infest your game, what a joke
