So should i just give up account and leave the game then?

I've been banned without getting a proper reason or answer, my account was hacked and after getting it back 2 days later I'm banned, all my appeals are falling in deaf ears, EA TOS team is the worst!...

sonjtzu Sadly, when it comes to banned accounts, it can only be handled through the EA TOS Team.

If you're getting the "don't expect anything further" auto-response, that does means that the EA TOS Team had decided to uphold the ban, (which should of been after your 3rd case with them, as you can appeal the ban up to 3 times).
