So when am I getting my damn account stats and items back?!

What's good peeps , I've noticed that many people have had their accounts reinstated after them being reset, but it's been three days and my account is still having issues. I've tried emailing EA twi...

@shanxiiii I'm currently still having the same issue that you are having were my account is completely reset back to level 1 with no stats, skins or rank.

If it helps I spoke to Community Manager Mako on Wednesday were they said that they are aware of a small number of accounts that are still heavily affected by the data loss and are investigating but they didn't have a clear timeline on when they will be able to give any updates.

    Yeah well, we'll wait and see but I have little faith on anything happening.

    @UKGC1 Imagine being me getting an email from EA saying they fixed the issue with my account and thanking me for my patience for me to find out im still missing all my stuff
