Someone has my username on EA

I cannot set up gifting, because someone already took my ID, but I’ve had my apex acct name for years.  How can I set up my Account without my name? It won’t match up? I have all my pw and emails attached to my Apex account. Someone help please. Can’t even change my bot name on here.
