Steam Apex Legends 100% GPU/CPU Usage crash

Hello , i got a problem that when im launcing game in task manager showing that CPU going to 100% and GPU 100% and when im playing it's like crashing 3 times per match (can be more but im dying because of it :D ) so i would like to hear some help to resolve it because like i played 1 month ago every think was okay.

My steps with troubleshoot

1.Tried to change process from High priority to lowest (nothing help)

2.Checked all updates on GPU and Bios

3.Game installed on SSD (tried to reinstall and repair) (same problem)

4.Tried to cap FPS 144 (a little bit lower but anyway crashing the game without error)

5.Tried to use launch options in steam (-dev -forcenovsync -fullscreen +fps_max 144 -preload +mat_compressedtextures 1 +cl_ragdoll_collide 0 -console -threads 8 +cl_showfps 1)

6.Tried to change resolution (still 100% CPU and GPU)

7.Tried to disable Steam Overlay (it helped to decrese the % but crashes not often playing right know with out overlay and it's like crashing after 3 games)

And in Asus GPU Twek II showing that usage of GPU almost 60% in all modes when im playing Apex

and i checked the temperature of every core like 50-60C

i7-9700k (4.0Ghz 8 Cpus)

Windows 10 Pro N 64-bit

16G Ram

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super 8GB

Can you give some ideas how to resolve this issue.
