Stuck in queue in apex legends

I am stuck in apex legends queue for 3 days now i am always the only one in queue and this happened after i got unbaned i tried different methods from changing servers to reinstaling the game even tried to play from ea app(i was playing on steam) and i dont know what to do can someone help?
