Well apperantly the windows firewall automatically made an inbound and outbound rule to block Apex by itself which wasn't showing up in the rules, it probably had some weird name. Once i reset the windows firewall back to default it started working again

I had the same problem and I noticed my USB Flash drive with Windows 11 Installation file was on my rear slot. Unplugged it and the game went back fine. Try removing any external memory devices if you have any.

  Sadly i don't have any external memory devices. All i have is my usual peripherals like Keyboard and Mouse, Bluetooth Dongle for my headset ETC. Which BTW i have had these things since before this started happening. I have over 600 hours on the game with the same exact stuff. Nothing has changed. The game just decided to not work for no reason
