Stuck on loading screen in Apex

You could try power-cycling your modem/router just to be safe, but this issue is under investigation.

Many people are faced with the problem of infinite loading and an error with the code 1001.
Can we find out what the reason is?
my friends and I have already checked the file and it didn't help us.
