Stuck on loading screen in Apex

I started apex, but it keeps loading at the start screen of the game and I can't proceed to the lobby. What should I do? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

We're looking into multiple reports of this currently, thanks for the post!

You could try power-cycling your modem/router just to be safe, but this issue is under investigation.
