stuck on the loading screen forever

things i tried...

1 Allowed 30+ minutes on the loading screen to compile shaders, but it never progresses

2 Repaired/Verified the integrity of the game files multiple times

3 Flushed the DNS , and manually set Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)

4 Turned off Full-screen optimization

5 My PC specs are fine, and I only have a standard mouse, keyboard, mic, and headset connected

6 Added Apex Legends to Microsoft Defender Antivirus Exclusions and Windows Firewall

7 Cleared the game cache files entirely

i don't know what to do at this point

i have the same issue i reinstalled the game as well but so far nothing works

omg bru you don't know how bad i want to play this game but ig i'm gonna give up cuz i spent a lot of time trying to fix it , just tell me if you found a solution -_-

I was using steam before to play apex and i tried the EA app and it worked fine.
Ig there’s something wrong with steam but i reinstalled that as well so idk
