This !@#$ again... Last time I fixed this by:
1.) Uninstalling the game
2.) Wait 3 months
3.) Check forums for community provided solution
4.) Game fixed.
I'm so glad I don't pay for this game... I feel sorry for all the folks that have invested actual $$ into it and get this experience as a result..
Stay strong salty my brothers and sisters... see you in 3 months.
