Suspension on my account after hack

I am a Steam gamer. Unfortunately, in 2024, my Steam account was hacked by another individual, resulting in a suspension for three games, including Apex Legends. I have participated in these games with passion and dedication, so please understand that I have been placed in this unfair situation.

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page to get in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery.

They keep saying they will send me an email, but I haven't received one, and the chat window isn't connecting. Furthermore, the customer service center couldn't resolve the issue, so I left a question on the forum just because they told me to.

It looks like you may have two separate accounts here, please double-check which one you're using to create a case as that could impact where the email is being sent.

You mentioned someone told you to post on the forums, so you can also try resuming a case from your case history page to speak with them again. We cannot make any changes to your account here on the forums, so you'll need to get back in touch with support for any other changes.
