Sydney Server Packet Loss PC

Sydney server is still not fixed, packet loss every game, game crashing from lag, rubber banding, cant move, stuck in place

This is ridiculus that a server can be unplayable for nearly 2 months since lunar event and nothing is done to fix it
Its like EA/Respawn or company running the servers is completely unawre its even happening regardless how many threads
people make in this forum.

How does one actually contact EA/Respawn so they can see our server problem and fix it?

Any Admins or EA people on here that can help please or point us in the right direction??
