Community ManagerThe connection to your router is great. Right after that is where the trouble begins. The node in your neighborhood appears to be the problem. This looks to be an issue with your ISP. Have you tried contacting them and showing them these results?
Yes, I have. The workers have been here and changed the router and said that some wire is a problem. Idk if they will even fix it or when they will fix it...
