I tried that and after providing all kinds of information about my account I got told I was banned and he then closed the chat. I obviously got through to a chat bot or some kind of EA support whos just avoiding my questions. Never experienced such a bad customer experience. I have all screenshots of the chat, but cant submit it anywhere or complain.
Long story short, I am not banned nor ever have been and still couldnt get help. Conplete circus company
What is the problem?
If you can explain the issue better maybe I can point you in the right direction.

Ive received the CP prompt on my PC and it wiped all my PC progression and replaced it with my PS5 progression instead of merging them.

Seems to be some sort of cross progression problem.
However you also mention a possible Ban.
I am going to move the post to the Cross-progression boards in the hope that someone smarter than me there can help you.

Hi, I think there might be a mixup here. When the merge happens, the items, currencies and such merge, but some progression, your levels, stats and such, are taken from your highest level account and taken as the new baseline.
So if your PS account was higher level than your PC account, it sounds like this was working as intended, as long as your skins and such were successfully merged.
