The account shows that the ban has been lifted but I still can't play the game.
我的账号显示解封了，但是无法进入游戏，没有收到封号邮件，EA DATE也没有封号，更奇怪的是客服找不到我的封号单，但是SWITCH和PS5都可以玩，郁闷，希望得到帮助。
