The account shows that the ban has been lifted but I still can't play the game.
My account shows that the ban has been lifted, but I can't access the game. I didn't receive any ban emails, and EA DATE doesn't show any ban either. Even more surprisingly, the customer service can't find my ban order. But I can play on SWITCH and PS5, I'm upset and I hope to get help.

For this it would be best to reach back out to our Terms of Service team and have them review the account for any bans or suspensions.
We are not able to make any changes to your account here on the forums.
