The items received from the collection event packs were taken away

I would like to warn you in advance that I wrote this message with the help of a translator.
Hello, I'm coming to the forum because tech support doesn't want to answer me properly about my problem, and if something starts to come to a solution, tech support says that it can't interact with my stuff in apex in any way.
What exactly happened? 04/03/2024 at approximately 5:25 UTC +3 time zone, I opened 2 containers of the collector's event, each worth 100 apex coins, since the first 2 containers had a 90% discount, from the first container I received the legendary collector's skin for R-301, and from the second container the legendary collector's skin for Mad Maggie and the legendary banner for the Catalyst, I was very pleased because I really wanted a skin from this event for Mad Maggie, after that I left apex and went to bed, the next day when I logged into the game I found that everything I got from these containers was taken away from me, tech support confirmed that this was a problem on their part, however they said that nothing could be done about it they can't, so they sent me to the forum, because according to them, there will be more chance of help here. Below are screenshots of what I received that day. I will be incredibly grateful for your help with this problem.
Also, if possible, I would really like @EA_cuervo to help with this problem, as I have seen that he has solved similar problems very well.

    Hey @MrDimon4ikOFF,

    Sorry to hear you were affected by this issue. To clarify, as part of the fix for the situation that occurred back on April 3rd of last year, affected accounts were rolled back to their state on April 2nd just before this issue happened.

    This means any packs you opened would have been returned to your account to open again. However, as the contents are random, unfortunately we would not be able to guarantee you would receive the same items when opening them a second time.

    We also sent out some additional free packs to affected accounts shortly after this issue was fixed, but aside from that there is nothing else we would be able to provide for this situation.

  • Is there any way I can roll back my account to the moment I received these skins? At least an hour after I received them. I just got really upset after that moment and didn't log in to the game anymore, trying to contact tech support from time to time, so the progress on my account will remain the same, but the unfairly taken skins will return if there is a rollback to, for example, 04/03/2024 6 AM UTC +3 time zone.
