This client's game account has been banned: Banned

When I try to connect a match casual or ranked leagues doesn't matter Apex keeps saying "Apex Client game account banned" for no reason, I can't even use discord while I'm playing Apex why it keeps saying it need help with it.Thank you.

Hey @stoprasism1,

I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to determine if the account ban can be overturned. If you've already contacted them that's all you need to do right now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as possible.

The TOS team reviews appeals like this on a per-case basis, so the length of an investigation can take some time depending on how many cases they are working through. Unfortunately I don't have any way to see exactly how long an investigation may take, but please watch your email for their reply.

I'm sorry, but account bans aren't something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The best thing to do, if you haven't already, would be to get in touch with the Terms of Service team. They'll review the account to determine if the ban can be lifted.

You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website.

You know what just happened to my account? It got banned just because, they say I was cheating and I have never used any cheating software. I love this game, Its my favourite game of all time, but to be treated like this. Is sad but I will never play the game ever again or any EA game for that matter, they dont even explain or show proof. im sure I've never used any stupid cheat, Im an honest player. Its so unfair, Im almost crying. Ive been grinding for like 6 months in the game and then this.
