This is my first ban and im highly upset

I have already sent a dispute and i refuse to wait 30 days to hear from someone i also refuse to wait 7 for this suspension to be lifted, my birthday is the 4th of march and i was gonna spend it on apex, 

If it helps, they typically respond around a 72 hour timeframe, though this is not guaranteed.

they responded to mine in under 2 hours i'm sure they were real thorough. Do note that Linux users heavily rely on third-party software to be able to play these games, if something is changed, it could trigger EAC. (Even if it's from a reputable company)

Now this is probably not intentional as there probably is something triggering it whilst it actually shouldn't, though note that these risks of using third-party software will always exist.

This will probably be resolved once it has been recognized though, Linux should be supported as far I'm aware after all.
