Tier Differense

I have an issue after the match ends. When my whole team dies or when I win, I get a message saying that there is a tier difference between me and my teammates, and because of that I can’t start the next game directly from that menu. However, if I start the game from the lobby, everything works fine. Why is this happening, and why hasn’t it been fixed yet?
