Trying to Appeal Ban

I was banned from Apex a while ago for "cheating" it says but I appealed twice and was unbanned, then autobanned again without even playing the game. The email I received said "after 2 full investigations into your account we consider this matter closed." Which is extremely frustrating as I hadnt even done anything, I asked if maybe Razer Synapse was making a false positive and I was told they "couldnt provide any details into their internal procedures" id really like to play the game again, and its so frustrating being told there nothing i can do from support, and "2 full investigations" which i dont really believe, as i never even did well in games, or played very often at all during the bans

i really need some communication with anyone over this as i cant appeal anymore through the automated one

    Please keep in mind that using a software to gain advantage is cheating.
    Exploiting the game in anyway (use a glitch, gain access to areas you not suppose to reach and more) is a way of cheating.
    And sometimes using 3rd party softwares could be seen as cheating even if they claim that they are "following the T&C".

  • Unfortunately ive already tried reaching out to support 3 times about this issue, and was only told whats considered cheating and that the matter was closed.
