Twitch Prime Gift Issue

Hi Community I have problem about that I couldn't linked my account twitch and I can't get the gift from it. Please help to me about that You can see the screenshots about that issue

Got it, thanks! If the accounts aren't linked I'm wondering if there might be a caching issue with the website. If you haven't already can you try clearing your browser data to see if that helps? You can find more information on how to clear it over at the EA Help website.

When I checked it, there is no any other connection under "Other Connection".
