mine doing the same thing then tells me unable to connect to ea account please check internet connection but internet working fine for everything else but apex

Doesn't let me do anything just says retry
Same problem on my side done everything restart, change servers, power off, started a new application nothing has worked keeps telling me unable to connect please check Internet and it's working just fine smfh
