PLEASE HELP ME!! So for a while I've had an issue where I'll load the game up and in the lobby I don't have the player bar where my name and level would usually be. Sometimes I have an error before even getting that far saying "this profile is not permitted to play online". When I eventually get past this I am unable to ready up and even solo it says party not ready when I try. Its become completely unplayable for me. I've factory rest my xbox one, I've re installed the game, tried every single fix that I have come across and nothing is working.

@Vsylm I have also tried changing to public dns and that makes no difference

Update. For the first time in weeks I got into a lobby and was able to ready up. Only to be kicked back to the main menu with the error message "connection rejected: invalid token no marker" before even getting as far as legend selection. And now I'm back to square one with the issues of the original post.

I am having this same issue as well, I can usually get it working after restarting Apex multiple times but this can take sometimes up to 20+ attempts so the game is not worth playing at the moment. Very frustrating as Apex is the main game I play. It happened to me and my friend after we accepted Cross Progression a few days ago. Although the login error has been occurring since start of the season. I am on Xbox btw

@Lemon_Park69 I am also having this exact same issue, haven't been able to play the game for a week due to this bug. Would really like some guidance on how to fix.

Still nothing from anyone at ea on this issue I've tried on twitter too and get the same responses that just list everything I've already tried. I haven't been able to play since the original post and wasted money on a battle pass I can't even work through

I've tried this and it didn't work, have also tried having a friend sign into my account on their xbox and play a few games on it and had no issues ( I have had this same issue on 2 xboxs myself so surely its not my console)
