Unable to run DX12

I have been using Steam to play DX11 Apex before. I used to switch DX11 and DX12 in Apex and run perfectly before. However, I can only run DX11 to play and cannot in DX12 . It stucks in the lobby and the full-screen will freeze when it runs in DX12. Is there any ways to fix it?
