Unfair Apex ban after party chat joke to a friend — 7 years of play ignored
Hello. My Apex Legends account (EA ID: ilodezis) was permanently banned on April 16, 2025, for “harassment”.
I said <removed> in party chat during a heated match, when my real-life friend muted himself on Discord. It was a joke directed only at him, out of frustration.
It wasn’t public, it wasn’t targeted at strangers, and it definitely wasn’t meant as harassment.
I’ve played EA games and Apex for over 7 years without cheating or abusing anyone. I already submitted 3 appeals and never got a real human review.
Please escalate this. A permanent ban over a private joke to a friend in party chat feels extremely unfair.

Just as a heads up, I've removed your mention of what was said in-game, though that appears to be different than the actual phrasing/wording which can be seen back in case 208348462.
All our Terms of Service appeals are reviewed by humans. We do not automate appeals. If they have reviewed an action multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, I'm afraid that would be final and cannot be changed here or through other channels.
