Unlink psn account

So my psn is associated to an ea account I’ve never heard of. I don’t know if I got hacked or what but I want to unlink psn from that account and link my actual EA account. Please help since psn won’t let me unlink it from their end. I no idea what this account that it’s associated with and can unlink it from there

the_zeman  & francofdx If the EA Account that your PlayStation Account is linked to is NOT the same EA Account you had to create to play Apex on your PlayStation, please change your email, EA, and PlayStation Account's passwords, (as well as enable 2-Factor Authentication on your email, EA and PlayStation Accounts), just to be safe.

After securing your email, EA, and PlayStation Accounts, you should contact EA Support regarding the EA Account that is linked to your PlayStation Account, (as the only way to link a platform account would be from the EA Account's settings page, where you would then sign into the selected platform's account, (which means that a bad actor may/has access to your PlayStation account)).

francofdx Seeing as the email says "disabled.ea", it might be a suspended or locked EA Account. As such, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team, as they are the only ones who can review suspended or locked EA accounts.

the_zeman, if you also see the same, (or similar "disabled.ea" email), you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as well.

    If either of you believe:

    • That your EA Account was hacked, click here to contact EA Support to secure your EA Account.
    • That your PlayStation Account was hacked, click here to contact PlayStation Support to secure your PlayStation Account.
    • That your email account was hacked, get in contact with your email's provider, or visit their support page to secure your email account, (For example, you can find Google's Account Recovery support page: here).

Thanks, ive opened a new case about it with the "hacked" topic, i do have another question if possible to get an answer.

When i click this the button doesn't do anything, yet sometimes and in another browser it just sends me to this screen of "START A CHAT" even when i get a notification about someone answering the chat, so i'm completely unable to chat with the ToS Team.

i need help, i've been searching for answers for days already but nothing anywhere, tried to open the case on my phone yet i wasn't able to do anything else other than start a chat even after already starting one and getting a message.
Also tried without logging in yet its the same.

francofdx  When I had an issue with contacting EA Support, (or the TOS Team), I would get to a screen that says how many people were ahead of me, (and I had waited on that screen once for several hours, but it wasn't updating). I even had thought it was an issue with the browser's cookies or cache, so I've tried a private browsing tab, and had still ran into the same issue.

If you're like me, and you use Opera GX, (or another browser), switch to Microsoft Edge or Chrome, when you open up a case with EA, and it should let you reach the customer support agent. (If you already are using Microsoft Edge or Chrome, you could try clearing the cookies and cache or try using a private browsing tab in Microsoft Edge or Chrome, and see if that works for you instead).

Lastly, it could also be one of your browser's extensions causing interference with the page, (or there was an issue on EA's side of things).

i see, I've tried that though, i did open it on opera GX but since it doesn't work here i tried in chrome, then in incognito, then in my mobile phone in both chrome and the preinstalled navigator yet it either doesn't show the button at all or shows it and it doesn't work at all or sends to the start a chat screen

Never seen that how many people are ahead of me screen

francofdx  Are you seeing this screen at all?

    https://help.ea.com > Case Waiting Screen 1

For me, I also saw this in the bottom right corner:

    https://help.ea.com > Case Waiting Timer

When I clicked on the "6 minutes", this window had popped up:

    https://help.ea.com > Case Waiting Screen 2

Update: As I was typing this reply, I did manage to reach the EA Support Team:

    https://help.ea.com > Active Live Chat
    EA Support wrote:

We recommend double-checking the following steps:

    1. Trying different browsers (you mentioned they’ve already tried Chrome and Edge).

    2. Ensuring any browser extensions are temporarily disabled.

    3. Testing on a different network, if possible, to rule out any restrictions.

    4. Making sure they’re using the latest browser version.

If the issue persists, feel free to let us know—we’re happy to help anytime and find a solution! We’re committed to ensuring every player has a smooth experience.

Furthermore, if you are still stuck on this screen:

    https://help.ea.com > Create A Case Screen 1

Add a subject to this box, (such as "help with my account"), and then click the "send" button.

    https://help.ea.com > Create A Case Screen 2 - (Add A Subject Line)

After that, you would just need to wait until the chat box pops up in the bottom right of the screen.
