Do you have "Enhance pointer precision" un-checked? If not, try that and let me know if that helps. It looks like you've done a lot of advanced troubleshooting so far, perhaps this guide by one of our Champions can help improve performance. It's under our Battlefield boards but the top part of it can still translate to Apex Legends.

Since you mentioned trying different polling rates and DPI settings, I'd recommend verifying your actual mouse specs first. Sometimes the advertised specs don't match reality. A few additional tips: 1. Verify your actual polling rate - confirm your mouse is really running at 500Hz/1000Hz 2. Test your real DPI - measure actual sensitivity vs software settings 3. Try USB 3.0 ports directly on motherboard 4. Set Windows power plan to "High Performance" For anyone troubleshooting similar issues, I found free DPI analyzer tool helpful - it has DPI testing, polling rate checker, and sensitivity converters.
