Unsolved case that's been open for 6+ months

I have had an open case about my trying to link another Xbox account to my EA account because I accidently logged into the wrong Xbox account when creating the account. I made a ticket to get it resolved and just allow me to link another Xbox account to my EA account and I have been waiting over 6 months for this to be solved or even a REPLY.

I contacted EA support again in November about the case status and was told by an online support agent that if I made another case about the issue I will be put to the bottom of the queue for cases so I have let it go for quite some time. The LEAST that the support team could do is give an update email instead of completely leaving an active supporter of your games out to try.

I am completely unhappy with how this billion dollar company handles its support cases and NEEDS improvement asap.
