Updated the game and then lost everything.
After I updated the game, my account lost everything—level, items, and rank. How can I fix this? Does anyone know a way to help me?

Are there any other emails you may have used for your EA account in the past? It looks like the account you're posting from is essentially a brand new EA account, which would be why you appear to have lost all your progress.
That should mean your progress is still intact, you'll just need to find which account was previously used.
If that could be an account or email you're no longer able to access, please contact support so they can help verify and update any needed login details.
