Urgent: Unable to Update Game – Stuck at 0% for Hours

I am facing a serious issue with the latest game update.
When I open the game, it shows "Update the Game." After clicking the update button, the update process starts but remains stuck at 0% for hours. I have already waited for more than 2 hours, but the update has not progressed at all.
This is very frustrating because I am unable to play the game. If this update or patch contains a bug, please investigate and fix it as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
