Just finished Watson challenge and got 2 Watson packs 1 Retro pack. Opened the 2 Watson packs together and the loot tick went flying and exploded instantly crashing my pc. Came back to lobby, didn't receive any new items and the two packs are gone
@ConTrollerKills When you open up a pack, the items should be automatically added to your account.
From my experiences, I had contacted EA Support before about not seeing items from a pack, and they were able to tell me which items were obtained from the pack. I had checked these items in the locker, and had confirmed that the items were newly unlocked.

I did check, for two packs specific to Wattson I should def be seeing an item in the locker (skin/banner/emote) but I don't see anything new. I opened the chat with support, I guess the best approach is to request them to list the items as you did
@ConTrollerKills The Wattson themed pack can unlock anything in the legends locker related to Wattson, (besides store-related items requiring Apex Coins, or recolors that require Legend Tokens).
As such, these packs can unlock Wattson skins, Wattson banners, and Wattson emotes. It can also unlock Wattson holosprays, Wattson themed art trackers, and even a Wattson finisher.
Note: Since packs can award crafting materials, you may have one or two items that appear to be "missing", but they should be the crafting materials.
