What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

i have just been banned from apex, i have been a day 1 player on consoles, i have spent abit of currency on this game, hell even got people to play this game and now they are pred rank players, as soon as i made the move to pc, i didnt even get to level 100 and BOOM banned. this is ridiculous that they can just insta ban someone.

The same thing has happened to tons of us. Personally I read about this issue from other players before even putting in a ticket. I got exactly what I expected based off what they were saying. Absolutely no help and false promises. Did a live chat for over an hour last night and was subtlety told it would be solved by the end of the night. Got on this morning and saw that my ticket read “no fix available”... that being said I’m now having to OPEN A TICKET TO * DELETE MY ACCOUNT JUST TO BE ABLE TO REUSE MY EMAIL AND START FRESH WITH NO COSMETICS OR PREVIOUS SEASONS REWARDS WHICH ARE NO LONGER OBTAINABLE. EA support and the “TOS team” (if you can even consider them that) doesn’t care about their player base clearly. All the money spent just to be hacked and not supported by the company I’ve supported for years....

bro i got banned 2 and a half moths ago because some bozo hacked my account and the support team wont respond or unban me might just give up on this game.

nope, still havent gotten an unban and its been quite a few days now, apparently i had 3 offenses which i was not alerted about and they had banned my account "effective immediately" due to those silent offenses. Im conviced they dont unban, i wouldnt have your hopes up.

Did you get your issue solved? I faced the same issue when I was hacked and my apex coins spent. I stopped playing for abit and I came back a month later to find out i am banned for no good reason. I looked on fourms and found out people are being hacked. Even though EA knows this is a rampant problem but have no ways of preventing players for being punished for nothing. I would not have appealed if my friend had not bought me a bloodhound package for my birthday and felt bad that his money was wasted due to the incompetency of EA's data security. Though they tell you to appeal and I have done so couple of times, the staff was completely useless. Saying they cannot confirm I had the coins in the first place even though the bloodhound skin exist in my account and even showed the gift history on my steam account. I told them to look for suspicious activity in a very specific time frame as I knew for a fact the day that I stopped playing and the day I resumed playing. And they told me they had no way of checking the IP address of the login history or purchase history in shops. So I wonder how do the "investigation" team in EA conduct their investigation or are they just smokescreen for their incompetence and pretending that they care. Many other companies like steam recognise the potential flaws in their data security and are empathetic when people are being hacked and money spent and time spent on a game is lost. But seems like EA dont give a crap about that. The staff just wasted my 2 hours talking to them just to tell me they cannot check anything and cannot unban my account since it was flagged for hacking and have NO way to verify it was hacked. I offered many arguments in my case and did not even recieve a decent counter argument, simply dismissed my case. 

Would help if you or anyone has any method that actually works, other than what their useless customer service staff keeps recommending.

this is what they gave me in response..

You break our rules if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

and I did neither of those... and I've been accused of cheating.. I am just disappointed that I got this ban while I've paid hundreds of dollars for their awesome skins!! But.. This is what I get in return? I couldn't even know clearly on what applications did I use because it is part of their job to not open up thoroughly on what happen to my account.. my account just gone in a snap of Thanos infinity gauntlet.. Now I wanna go to forum and ask just what did I ever do wrong...This is just unacceptable but I'm in a state where I'm just so disappointed that I'm scared that EA might ban me for good if I ever ask about my account again... It's all just.. Hurts me as a loyal player since I ever knew the game.. I know I'm a no one in the world and no one may not notice if I ever disappear, let alone EA noticing my account being banned permanently without giving me a clear reason on what application if I ever use.. because this may only came from a small 6 centimeters of my mouth but I swear to God that I never cheat in this game.. I NEVER CHEAT IN ANY ONLINE GAMES (except GTA SA of course).

This was their last response to my account getting ban..

We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.

I'm praying the best of luck to your account as it might get unbanned or falling to the same pit as me...

Hello there. I got 2 accounts that got hacked and banned already for "cheating". Some dude in China hacked my account and used it for cheating and got my accounts banned. The first account was my fault cus i ignore the email of someone tried to log in into my origin account. Second one, i didn't get an email or anything. Did not even know my account got hacked. One day an email just pop out that my account got banned. Tried to appeal for unban and did not work at all.
