This happened to me too ! It was intended to be a gift , instead i got banned and my friend list his money ! This is so wrong

Hey @IceNorthKing and @TheUnseenDiq, if you have a ban or sanction on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    @EA_Darko I already did and i am waiting for udpates since 5 days ! No one spoke to me neither sent me an email !

      Hey @IceNorthKing you will need to wait for a response from our TOS team.

      They are the only ones who can assist with an issue such as this.

        EA says that we will get a response within 72hours, it’s been 5 or 6 days now and we are still waiting, even when i got banned , i didn’t receive even an informative email . I dont know what to say really...

    @EA_Darko i think its * that you guys had me banned from one day to another. i havde don everything you guys keep writing but it is lies. I have been waiting for your response since january and it stilll says the same bs. please unban me or at least give me a reason to why the hell you guys banned me? and if it is because i got maybe got hacked it would be nice to know also?

      @Duveddetgodt yes true bro they telling we will reply in 5 days because we are human I'm waiting 24 days nothing changed but my cases are closing and shows no fix available

        @indianbrucelee wow beautiful service bro they will keep wait and they close the case for you don't worry they will not give response if you good at this game you will get ban if hacker hack a game hacker was innocent they will not get ban and if your ping was high you was hacking for sure waiting waiting waiting nothing changed and now using smurf account

    I got banned for ddosing and i neve done that in my life i appealed 4 times but it saying they made the right decision and they not telling. Me what third party app i used i need help

    I was wondering why did I get banned cuz I'm the reasonings it doesn't say nothing on the first one but the second one is for hateful speech but I don't show hateful speech I love everybody with my heart I was wondering if I can have a second chance please EA I've been playing this game for at least 3 yes and I just want to keep playing the games I have cuz you guys do amazing work with your games. And I'm very sorry if I ever hurt anybody's feelings love you guys please unban me
