What's wrong with the graphics?
I know that i don't have a decent video card but for example i can set Destiny 2 with medium-high graphic, but in Apex all i got its this...

It's because the game is * itself right now. Servers are melting.
I don't think that influence the game graphics
At the main menu does it show a HD Texture Download remaining? Top left corner. I had to exit the game, right click it in Origin Launcher and click repair or update (I think I clicked Update). It finished the download for me and it fixed my graphic issues.
Also some have said the game is using your integrated graphics and not your GPU. You'll need to force it in the Nvidia Control Panel (if you use Nvidia)
