When I bought my PS5 I still had the PS4 version installed. It tracked all my progress from before the upgrade. I was curious as to what exactly i was missing on the ps5 app so, i started the app and logged on to the ea account as well. I found that i would basically not have any of the characters i normally play and also the skins I've purchased. I closed the Ps5 app and started the Ps4 version to not find it there also. I've played apex since season 6. I bought content frequently. It just seems impossible that i dont have access to skins, heirlooms, and legends anymore. I need a direction to go in to get my lost content back.
Pwnsking When you login with the same PlayStation Account, (with the same EA Account still linked to it), you should of had access to the same Apex progress regardless if the game's version was for PS4 or PS5.
With that being said, are you certain that the PlayStation Account is the same one you were using and that it hasn't been unlinked from the EA Account or banned prior to Cross Progression?
Yes, same one since I was 12 years old. I dont have a second account on playstation. I also just started playing Steam and tried to link it as well. Would my playstation 5 account overwrite the playstation 4's possibly? Just throwing out possibilities. I know it didnt just delete so i want to be confident in my data coming back.
Im dont think ive ever been banned.
I might have tried to unlink the account after i seen all my progress didnt show up on the ps4 version. I have my old PS4 still i could try to see if the data is still on there.
