Why didn’t I receive the coins I redeemed?

around 2 hours ago I redeemed a code using EA, but for some reason I still don’t have the coins on the account. The site showed my nickname, and said that the code was redeemed. What is going on or how long does it take to register the coins?

    Same thing happened to me a week ago and I still haven’t gotten anything yet… I know im a bit late but did you ever get your stuff
