Why does the wise warrior skin for bloodhound feel like a rip off

The skin has nothing unique about it other than it being arturs suit which is not what it seemed in the trailer, looking like it was was going to be voiced over by artur but I understand if that would be to hard but at least give it a unique animation or something so that it doesn’t feel like I’m being scammed into buying another overpriced bloodhound skin, also the skin is broken
