Why I didn't get my Apex Packs after the Dec 3 patch??

only level 100 players got 14 packs as they have missed them due to leveling before the update, you have to level up to receive those packs

@g1g2_mozo Players between 50 and 100 would get packs too, to match what they would have gotten under the new system. 

@PDEOMAN Players under 50 don't get any more packs on the way to 50. fortunately, you'll get more than you would have on the journey to level 100 and beyond.
