5 years agoIf it's working on a different Admin account it might be an issue with the User Access Controls for that particular user account in Windows. One way to test that is to try temporarily lowering the UAC settings on your main admin account to see if the same issue persists. If that is something you can try be sure to re-enable UAC after testing for security reasons.

But it doesn't seems to have any change after i changed the UAC settings
