Why were our devices banned?
My in-game ID is LeoKranis. My two friends and I were banned at 2:30 PM UTC on the 12th.We’re not sure if the ban was caused by us playing on the Japanese server, or if there was an issue with EA’s anti-cheat system. Our devices have also been banned—we can’t play Apex even with other accounts.We are all regular controller players, and the common thing among us is that we all use BIGBIGWON controllers. However, the well-known player Hal also uses a BIGBIGWON controller. We have been playing Apex together for a very long time. Every new season, we have to play continuously for dozens of hours to climb to the Predator rank as quickly as possible. I want to know why our devices have been banned and why we are no longer able to play Apex at all.

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to discuss account details here on the forums, including why a ban may have occurred.
If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look.
One of the members of the ToS team will be able to take another look at the situation that resulted in a ban to see what took place and whether there could have been a mistake with that action.
