Wildcard respawn

So idk what happened or why but it was my team and one other team. Me and one of my other teammates had died, and some how I had spawned out side of the ring, and couldnt get back into it. I died to zone. My teammates said that its not possible to spawn in zone, but it had happened. Im not sure why or what happened.  Im not sure if there was a bug or something. I cant find how to contact support either. Can anyone help?
