I tried this still not working. Unable to get a game for more than 10 min. Sometime I have to wait for 20 min. Happening everyday. cleared cache, network data, restarted xbox. Still nothing. Everyday I'm facing this issue.

Team, i sometimes need to wait for more than 20 min just get in. Matchmaking is severely broken. It shows 30 people in and all of a sudden it resets to 01 and starts-over. This happens multiples times for a single gameplay session. Its happening right now especially after 23:00 (IST), I can never get into a single game. Just shows 18 players in queue and goes to 30 and comes back to 4.
This is disappointing and I'm about to give up.

Also please don't ask me to restart, clear network, DNS, NAT settings. I've already done this.

From 22:00 hrs IST I was just able to play one game? what could be the issue?

Howdy team..My name is Damien Foran.. my profile is avid brush 572020. For the last month now I haven't been able to get a game on firestorm originally I was saying error code 34601..but now it is just trying to get a game but nothing seems to be coming up. If I remember it correctly when I was getting games properly the top right hand corner yours in 18 and the internet circle circling around trying to find a game I may be mistaking this because it's been so long.. now seems like it's doesn't want to connect or something. I've tried pulling the router out for 5 minutes.. I've tried unplugging the cords from the back and restarting by pressing the console on off button 4 10 seconds to turn off. I've gone into settings MAC address clear and restarting.. still nothing. I thought it was a game itself so I went and bought another game exactly the same battlefield 5 and the same thing happened.. I don't think it said erace36 401 but it just said matchmaking failed instantly..when I try and connect on that game it just tries to find a game but just says can't find a suitable game I try this on and on and on for ages... I've tried EA help three times and tried everything everything they have given me to try.. can someone please help me.. I'm not the best with computers Xbox I mean and just want to get this thing happening.. Everything else works fine on the game

What is your NAT type under your Xbox One Network Settings?
Does it show OPEN, Moderate, or Strict? Does it show you're on an IPv4, IPv6, or both?- 6 years ago
I'm also from and India and facing the same issue. I just downloaded this game today and it's so frustrating to stuck in the lobby. Please do something real quick or else I will uninstall the game.
