Your accounts can t be linked because already linked to your EA Account

I am trying to play Apex on my new xbox...when I try and sign in with my gamer tag it just sends me to reset my password which I do....but then I get the following error Your ac...

Are you choosing your platform, game and issue and then selecting a contact option and it's taking you back to the support home page?

@EA_Aljo hello, if you do live chat...it doesnt allow you to pick a platform..the drop down option is shows but doesnt list anything.

tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge on laptop and Safari and firefox on iPhone

Try using Chrome again on your laptop, but put it in incognito mode.
