Rif.: BAN A SEGUITO DI ACCOUNT RUBATO
Hello, something happened to me that I see happened to others which is incredible or, suddenly I was unable to access my origin account which has now become EAgames, after various checks, not being able to continue accessing, I contact the "origin" support "who, after the due checks, gives me back the account as it had been hacked around August 2022!! Regained possession of the account around early November 2022 by reinstalling 1 game (having 11 others all paid handsomely), I could not proceed with the online features as the account was banned/suspended, I opened various tickets and without indicating the reason, they didn't remove the block, which I find highly incorrect and humiliating, since I did nothing wrong. I specify that the block/ban took place on 06/10 /2022 while the account was in the hacker's possession! Who can help me? How can such a serious brand do such a thing to the detriment of a player?
