Cross progression setback

I already replied in a different topic but wanted to create one for myself with as much info as i can.

I already activated cross progression when it came out. But now it showed it again.

It set me back to when it came out. So i:

- Lost 150 heirloom shards

- Lost all battlepass progression (was around 60 now 4)

- Lost all progression for the reactive flatline skin

- Lost a lot of cosmetics
- Gained apex packs, apex coins and crafting

I play on PC (other account was PS: (EPvanW). My apex account is connected to this EA account.

It happend today at 19.14

Hopefully a roll back to my account from before today can be made.

    Welkom op de Nederlandse forums! Ik heb alle threads even samengevoegd, gewoon zodat het iets makkelijk is om overzicht te houden. De studio is al op de hoogte en ze zijn hard aan het werk om dit op te lossen. Ze hebben al een tweet gemaakt over dit probleem, en hopelijk hebben ze snel meer updates:

    Als ik meer updates heb dan deel ik ze wel, maar in de tussentijd is het een idee om onze Twitter in de gaten te houden.

    EDIT 15:26: Lijkt erop dat ze het ondertussen hebben opgelost. Kunnen jullie het spel opstarten om te zien of je je voortgang weer terug hebt?

    so i loaded up apex and played a few matches when all of a sudden when i got back in the lobby i was lvl 1 and couldnt play any game mode only trios so i reloaded the game and got the cross progression rollout title and now im lvl 250 again even though when i was just playing i was lvl 386 and lost my heirloom aswell

    Ik opende vandaag 02/04/2024 mijn Apex legends account na een update. en mijn account is gereset naar de progersie van 2 maanden geleden, ik ben hierdoor me items, me rank. en heb me levels verloren het ging hierbij om event packs en 44 account levels. ik heb het opnieuw gedowload maar niks werkte. Ik speel op pc

    Same problem here. Just started the game and got the corss progression notification. (which i already had MONTHS ago) I went back a lot of levels, lost 150 heirloom shards and i gained packs and a few coins. But im sure i lost a lot of cosmetics as well.

    Also lost ALL progression of the battlepass and the challenges for the reactive flatline skin.

    same here me and my friends have the same apex you beter fix it becaus i lost my battel pass i was level 70 and i lost levels i was level 450 and i am 385 i lost my favortets skins for Lifeline and octane. i am so pissed i payed money for the event and i lost it all i am so pissed i am so so mad. every thing is going i want to know whate apex is going to do becaus every body has it.

    Same issue here

    i lost:

    - 102 battlepass levels
    - wattson heirloom

    - 150 heirloom shards

    - coins, shards, tokens

    - all challenges including the flatline challenges
