my herloom pack is gone.
hello i have a question i am not happy now because i opened a pack and when i saw red i got really happy but i tried to make a screenshot so i clicked a few buttons which made the game shut down and now the pack is gone i me im not happy. So if i can get my pack back with the heirloom and otherwise at least can you give me a another pack?

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat je aangeeft een Apex Legends pack kwijt te zijn waar, volgens jou, een Heirloom in zat.
