Hello EA Support,

I am unable to connect to EA servers on my Xbox. 

Every time I try, I get the following error: "Connection to server timed out (code: net)". 

I have already checked my internet connection, restarted my console, and ensured my NAT type is Open/Moderate, but the problem still persists. 

Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?
