Recover account and its banned
Hello, My account was hacked back in 2022, along with the email linked to it. For a long time, I tried to recover access, and I finally managed to regain control of my email recently. However, when I log into my game account now, I see that it is permanently banned. Most likely, the person who hacked into my account used cheats, which led to this ban. I kindly ask you to review this case carefully, as I can provide full proof that I am the original and rightful owner of the account. Additional details: I created this account in Russia, but currently I am located in Serbia. I am sure you can verify that the suspicious activity and gameplay on the account did not come from Russia. I have full access to the original email that was linked to the account. I am ready to provide any evidence needed to prove my ownership and restore access. I want to clarify something very important about my case. I am the original and rightful owner of this account since the day it was created. This is my first and only request to restore the account and remove the ban. I do not know who may have submitted any appeals before me, but I can confirm that it was not me. My account was hacked back in 2022, and only recently I managed to recover full access to the original email linked to it. Unfortunately, I discovered that the account is banned. The person who hacked my account most likely used cheats, which caused this ban. I had no connection to that activity. Best regards
